We have been learning about inferring and citing in a text. We have used silent films, mysteries, and comics, to infer the author's meaning while reading. After our daily lesson student participate in small group stations where they have the opportunity to write, answer task cards, independently reading, or work with a teacher to build understanding.
TD Updates:
Students are reading a fictional book of their choice with a small group of peers. While reading they will complete the "Character Project" on there own. The teacher will walk through each component of the project with students.
